- Edible and pharmaceutical gelatine
- Microbial testing of gelatine hydrolysate - indicator organisms, anaerobic mesophilic spore count and pathogens
- Physicochemical testing of gelatine - ash, gel strength, isoelectric point, moisture, pH and viscosity
- 2 distributions per annum
- Scheme operates from January to December
