Analysis of metals throughout the production cycle is imperative, and we offer CRMs suitable for all stages of production, including ferro-alloys, high purity material, highly alloyed material, and even metal powders for additive manufacturing. We have a long history of providing high quality metal alloy Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) ranging from Aluminum to Zinc. Our ISO 17034 certification process starts with batches of cast pieces or bar material which we test to verify the homogeneity, we then certify the values by compiling results from multiple accredited and traceable laboratories to ensure that the CRMs required by your laboratory protocols are of the highest quality.
For ease of use in various analytical techniques, we offer our products in three different form factors – thin discs, thick discs and, chips. Thick discs, 15-20mm, are typically used for destructive techniques where re-surfacing is required, such as Spark/OES or LIBS. Thin discs, 3-6mm, are usually used for non-destructive techniques including XRF. Lastly, chips, allow for easy dissolution for ICP, ICP-MS, AA or other wet chemistry techniques. We are your partner in the lab to help you define the solutions you need.
